Thanks to advanced electronic management, it was possible to optimize injector opening and the amount of fuel injected, thus achieving maximum performance with minimum consumption.
The Rapid XTE control unit works on multiple fronts: it not only manages rail pressure and turbo pressure, but also interacts directly with the vehicle’s CAN BUS network. This approach enables full control of the power delivery curve, significantly improving engine efficiency and responsiveness.
Dyno Tractor Bench Test: The Tony 8700 Case
We conducted tests on our Dyno Tractor test bench, specifically on an Antonio Carraro Tony 8700 unit. The results were clear and immediate:
- Original power: 61 CV
- Origanl Torque: 900 Nm
- Power with Rapid XTE: 75 CV
- Torque with Rapid XTE: 1009 Nm
Beyond the numerical increase, what stands out is the smooth linearity of the power curve, which gives the tractor renewed responsiveness and operating smoothness—clearly noticeable during everyday fieldwork.
