Dyno Tractor is a diagnostic system developed for agricultural vehicles equipped with PTO. Managed by a control unit, it\u00a0allows to measure\u00a0a range of parameters among which the engine power delivered.<\/p>

Dyno Tractor\u2019s shaft brake is released with high quality material that warrants high twist resistance. A standard joint cardan shaft (optional) allows easy connection to the vehicle and makes it possible to quickly perform the following measurements:\u00a0<\/p>

  • Maximum take-off power<\/li>
  • Maximum engine power<\/li>
  • Maximum take-off torque<\/li>
  • Maximum engine torque<\/li>
  • Cardan shaft rpm<\/li>
  • Intake manifold pressure<\/li>
  • Water \/ oil temperature<\/li>
  • Exhaust gas temperature<\/li><\/ul>

    Two models are available: the\u00a0 single-brake version –\u00a0 allowing the measurement of engine powers up to 250 kW \u2013 and the double-brake version – allowing the measurement of engine powers up to 500 kW. With the purchase of an upgrade, it’s modular structure allows you to transform the single-brake version to the top version.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      A user-friendly software and no hardware allow to work with a notebook directly from the driver\u2019s seat of the tractor. Measured values can be assessed thanks to both the digital displays and the graph.         New born in the DIMSPORT dynamometers range, to support specific mobility needs in the Agricultural industry: a brand-new application has been developed to make any testing\/diagnostic operation more practical and to allow time savings for Professionals of the engine calibrations and their clients.<\/p>

        Dyno Tractor\u00a0Trailer DF2TR-TR\u00a0is an evolution of the already existing\u00a0DYNO TRACTOR\u00a0platform, so far available with single brake (DF2TR – 250 kW version) and double brake (DF4TR \u2013 500 kW version) frames. Like the previously released modules, this new application supports tests on Agricultural machines provided with PTO (Power Take-Off), but the distinctive aspect is the new wheeled frame to allow road transportations and so to reach the vehicles directly in the field.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Provided with single brake 250 kW mobile frame, Dyno Tractor Trailer introduces the portability as new business concept for Professionals aimed at offering the most efficient \u201con site\u201d testing service.\u00a0 No need to wait for Agricultural vehicles at your workshop (with all the problems that this transportation may involve\u2026): just go and test it wherever this is needed.<\/p>

        A new feature added is represented by the possibility to test any kind of PTO. Dyno Tractor Trailer supports the rotation from both sides: it is now possible to test and support also front PTO (available on combined harvesters and some tractors), other than rear PTO.<\/p>

        The trailer on which the dynamometer is installed is equipped with identification number, certificate of conformity and all the necessary documents required to obtain a valid registration certificate.<\/p>

        Like other\u00a0DYNO TRACTOR\u00a0modules, this new application is provided with data acquisition probe kit as standard. Optional items are available: a cardan shaft, a kit of 3 universal adapters for the cardan shaft and a fuel consumption meter device.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
